Easy. Stamped out, went to SAT and paused my TIP just in case, asked if there was anything I needed to do to exit with my dog and got pointed to an office that was closed for lunch.
Skipped that and went to El Salvador.
Exchange rate was good at a money changer.
Copies were easy to get.
No helpers to bother you and no line of trucks to pass.

Smooth procedure to enter Zim from Botswana with hired car: 30$ pp for visa (SADAC for free), for car 120$: 50 insurance 10 carbon tax, 10 road tax, 50 CVG (temporary commercial car garantee). For CVG you need an agent, who hangs around in the customs office. All very easy and efficient. Hired cars are considered commercial. Overall a lot of money for soending a night in Vic Falls- we drive tomorrow back to Kisane, but cheaper than the overly expensive shuttles from Kisane for 70$ pp.

Safe place, amazing view but very noisy! near Carlsbad NP so ready to go early in the morning. very early because time changing in this area!

$6 for a shower now. clean, private shower room with a flush. let the water run for a bit to get warmer. perfect shower spot. just go through the Arena Entrance door and speak to the person at the counter, very friendly

Camp site is not so nice, with construction materials laying around. toilet is in bad condition. pool is a little run down and missing some tiles. this could be nice, but at 120 Mad it is not worth the stay.

One of our favorite campsites in SA, we stayed 33 nights!!! We think there is no need to say something else.

Great spot! Ocean noise, light traffic. Pretty flat. Parked just below yellow paint began on curb. Stayed 1 nt (9p-7a). Didn't try the bathrooms.

Had a peaceful night here. Was able to make it in my Civic. Lots of people, but friendly people! Little noise from the highway. Sunset and sunrise were amazing. Felt safe. Good cell signal.

It was in a pretty good condition (mostly hard sand), not sure whether it would be feasible with a low clearance car.
There are many dirt tracks going in several directions, quite hard to find the way

Small campground with beautiful views of Sugar Bay in The Land Between the Lakes National Park. It is located on the Kentucky side. Right on the west lake. Lots of birds and squirrels. Clean pit toilet. No water or electricity. With senior discount it was $5.00 a night. We will be back again!

Easy peasy dump station with a working water line to clear your hoses and flush your system. $7.50 to dump. We did not need a fresh water fill so I can’t comment on that, but paninis first and you’re good to go! Not busy when we dumped, but I can see this spot having a line, but a big open waiting area.

Hot trash river. Camping area was pretty nice, but the water itself was gross and I would not go back. Clean bathrooms and fast WiFi.

Quiet and flat spot only 1km from Trans Canada. It’s a dirt road but fine when dry. Minimal road noise. We had 5G service with Telus and Bell.

This hotel does not exist anymore. The only guest house in town on the Liberian side is 1-2 kilometers up the road on the left. We paid 20USD for a double room with 2 fans. Aircon would’ve been 45USD. There is a room to store the bicycles inside & space for cars. The border closes at 6pm. We crossed two minutes before and were still able to exchange money & get some food at a local restaurant.

Hostel in the center of the Village. Very simple. Rooms for 25 or 35 soles for night.

assuming nothing has changed in the past 11days, this is the wrong location. There's no empanada shop here. we asked at a mini market a bit further and the guy there sad that the pizza place across the street sells empanadas, but it doesn't open till 19h.

still possible we got 200k without a problem. but we had to pay 200 pesos for the receipt, thats a first :)

Nice, big truck stop. We had a few trucks stopping around us. We stopped in the back, next to the bushes. Birds woke up at 4:30 am and gave a concert until 5:30 am. Otherwise pretty quiet. Gas station open 24hrs, Subway 7am-11pm.

The park on Saint Quentin island allows wild camping (according to Le Guide du Routard). It’s free during off season, and costs 7$/vehicle + 2$/person during the summer.

The park is really nice, with sports activities available during the season. There are several parking lots in it, we parked in the last one, at the forefront of the island, before the marina. There were no « no overnight parking » on none of the parking lots, and posters « go van » sticked on the picnic tables next to the last parking lot. The view on the Saint Lawrence river was really nice ! Also a great plus is that really clean pit toilets were available when we were here (it was construction site toilets so I’m not sure they are to stay here permanently).

Last thing to know is that even off season with no one in the park at night, they maintain a high level of public lightening, which can be a bit annoying if your setting is not fully protective against light.
