Many signs stating no overnight camping. Extremely busy location; went to different boondocking location.
Report Check-InAs of June 24th 2023, there is now a no overnight camping sign at this place.
Report Check-InPlacards up everywhere, “NO OVERNIGHT STAYS”. Lovely spot to visit. Was foggy when we were there today. Icebergs abound!
Report Check-InWe did not sleep here because the weather was very foggy so the lighthouse horn ring every 30/60 sec.
Report Check-InPeople come and go until sunset. After, very quiet. We were 5 Rv’s. Place is big enough to have decent privacy and big rigs can fit too.
Report Check-InBig parking lot at the top of quite a steep road. we stayed in our motorhome for a night in winter, nobody bothered us. Might be loud during cloudy or misty nights due to the fog horn.
There are hiking trails with breathtaking views that start right at the parking lot.
No honor payment but when the fog is présent you have the horn of the lighthouse
Every minute !
Good place
