Description
A nice place close to a little river on a backyard of a closed restaurant ‚old gelati‘ with toiletts, shower and a very kind owner called Mamuka. You can get dinner if you want. Swimming in the river is possible. Mamuka speaks russian and a little bit german. His son Nick is perfekt in english. For entry call the number on the little door next to the gate.

Unfortunately the camp is not working more or less. You can call owner to come (number is at the door), and he is very nice, but the camp its self is in very poor condition. Washing machine is working very badly, no water in the only 1 shower, which is in toilet, no sink for cleaning dishes, only small sink in toilet. The shower is in the toilet, not in the separate room, so if its working you have to wait. There are only 2 toilets. There is no other servise in the camp. We used our toilet papier, our shower, etc.
Report Check-InNice simple camp site with toilets, shower and washing machine. Neighbor restaurant plays loud life music until midnight though, street is close and Mamuka was a bit too fond of me as a solo traveling woman.
Otherwise as described: parking 30 GEL, shower 5 GEL, washing machine 5 GEL! If you wanna eat dinner with Mamuka: 50 GEL including wine and karaoke show. He is a real entertainer. There is a super friendly German couple living and helping Mamuka at the moment. So English, German, Russian, Georgian and even Spanish are spoken there at the moment.
Report Check-InNice spot for camping. Just call the number at the front door. The owner Mamuka is very friendly and can speak Russian and some words German. Sanitary rooms are inside the old restaurant building. The sanitary rooms outside are not in working mode. There is wifi, which is not fast but also not too slow.
At the end of the area there is access to a beautiful river part where you can go for a little swim.
Payed 10$ per night per vehicle. Shower was 2$ and laundry machine also 2$.
I can recommend this place.
