Not a good place anymore. No RV parking and no camping signs have been installed :(
Report Check-InBest spot near Tadoussac! We saw lots of belugas and even a whale, right from our van window. Oh and free and legal. Spend the day in Tadoussac and come back here to sleep.
Report Check-InStayed two nights no problem, pit toilet, not very noisy despite the 138 being very close, but it was night and down season so maybe we got lucky ! Great view of Tadoussac, the water and the ferries.
Report Check-InBeautiful view and belugas in the morning especially at tide change. Clean Johnny-on-the-spot.
Report Check-InA perfect spot to rest, conveniently next to the ferry crossing to Tadoussac. The road was a little noisy but the view more than made up for it. Apparently Belugas were highly active just before we arrived. I recommend walking up for the sunrise. It's worth noting that there are no bathrooms.
Report Check-InAmazing view. We saw whales and one beluga! If you don’t mind the noise from the cars going off and on the boat all night + the trucks stopped there too that don’t shut down their vehicles
Report Check-InGorgeous view. We were able to see the belugas!!! Bring binoculars. The only thing to be aware of is the high wind overnight. Don’t stay here if there is a storm. Other than that it’s perfect.
Report Check-InPostal card View! We recommend arriving after 16h30-17h00 since there is almost no traffic after that time hence almost no noise. Perfect view to eat and watch the sunset or whales if lucky.
Site can be windy if there is a storm (you’re on a hill). No bathrooms.
At around 8 am cars started to take the ferry but it was still peaceful.
Report Check-InNice spot on the side of the road, quit at night, almost no traffic. Nice view.
Report Check-InVery nice view! A bit noisy but ok during the night. No more pit toilet. Ferry is just nearby.
Report Check-InWe slept one night in our tent. The ground was rocky but allright. A lot of trucks were passing by the whole night, so we had some trouble to sleep. In the morning we could observe a lot of beluga whales, really close to us.
Report Check-InPerfect spot no whales, except for the occasional truck coming down the hill at night very quiet
Report Check-InGreat viewpoint. Sometimes the trucks can get noisy at nighttime. Windy.
We saw less whales ...
Small graveled place just before the ferry.
Perfect to watch the Belugas and sometimes even bigger whales!
Noisy traffic due to the ferry (less traffic at night).
Beautiful view on the fjord and the sunset!
The pit toilets are very clean.
