Something not right?

Description

$20 for 1-4 people and price is upwards for more. Annual American National Parks Pass NOT ACCEPTED due to Native Navajo land. RVs can’t drive the scenic route (can only drive a mile up the road to the visitor centre- still required to pay entry fee to do so) and must take a paid tour to continue into park. Don’t recommend for us big travelers. Wish I knew this before I drove all the way out here!

Drove by here, Welcome Center signs are confusing FYI! Read negative google reviews for this place regarding the bad and rude management. Consider the free Valley of Gods drive down the road past Medicine Hat, also free camping.

For us it wasn't worth the drive through the Monument Valley paid (8$ per person) scenic drive. Bad road and nothing more to see than the rocks you see from the street as well. Better go to the iconic fotospot here on Overlander and check out the views during the drive.

8$ per Person entrance fee, you cant travel with RV, ATV or Motorbike trough the Park, only with a paid jeep Tour. you cant reach the visitor Center without paying the fee

Just fyi, scenic drive closes at 3pm nowadays.

$8 per adult to drive through the entire 17mi. No need for a tour. There’s hikes that you don’t need a guide. Made the whole trail in our front wheel drive van. Beautiful!

Now 8$ entry from 6yo. We have been asked 60$ per adult and 30$ per children for their tour. Negotiated the price down and toured 1h instead of 1h30. But we thought the best view is from the shop at the end. So, if we had to do this again, we would have payed the main entrance and only went to the shop to take a pic from that great view, without touring in their buses.
