Sunny little clearing off 430- pretty big, flat. Could fit a couple big campers or a group of rigs/ cars & tents. Fire pit. Sunny, but trees with shade around the edges.
Quiet, but can hear a little back road traffic

Drove by and stopped to look around. A lot of trash all around the area and a strange box with skulls on it and “DO NOT OPEN” spray painted on it. Collapsed hunters tent really close by and some trees looked to have been shot. Did not stay.
Report Check-InRoad NF-980 is very narrow with pine trees and stumps on either side. Do not take an RV in. Try another route. We did not make it all the way to Sunny Spot this time.
Report Check-InNice sized clearing. Fairly easy access, no need for 4x4 and regular ground clearance vehicles should be able to get in and out.
Report Check-InJust arrived and it’s a nice large spot with a fire pit but the mosquitos literally swarmed us. We got so many bug bites in less than five minutes that we left. There is some sort of toilet / shower looking DIYness going on back here also
