i've not stayed there (sadly) but i've walked into it. probably cheapest option right in the center of puebla - 140 MX for a dorm, 420 MX for a private double (2018 update: 500MX), 570 MX for a triple, price includes breakfast. looks really good.
the hostel can easily fit bikes into the large patio, there's even a small ramp.

Very good place to stay as a basis to explore the centro historico. Well maintained, very clean, hot showers and good Wi-Fi. Beautiful rooms and good mattresses. Stayed in a double room with own bathroom, shower, toilet for 400 peso. Very safe place for bicycle as well. Highly recommend.
Report Check-InI passed by the entrance twice before seeing it... it is not noticeable from the street... but it's there. No dorms anymore and a room with two queens is 600 pesos... a little steep for just me. No AC. Wifi is adequate. Showers warm. I parked my motorcycle in the courtyard, safe and secure. And the girl working the desk offered to do my laundry for 100 pesos. Potable water in the kitchen... bring your own bottles. Very helpful staff. Spanish speaking only.

Perfectly in the center of Pueblo, everything is close by.
190mxn for the 6 bed dorm, 160 for the 12 bed dorm.
Very nice hotel. Prices for a double have gone up to 500, but includes ample breakfast. Rooms are on the first floor and the spacious privates go out to the street, so you get some road noise. It is indeed possible to park the bikes in the covered patio - perfect.

There is no garage for parking but you can find places at 8 blocks approx were you can leave the car for $130 the day!// Simple pero lindo y barato en comparación con otros lugares. El cuarto doble cuesta $420 desayuno incluido. No tiene garage pero a 8 cuadras hay estacionamientos que te lo reciben por el día a $130.
