Report Check-InWe didn't go all the way to this site, just used the open area next to the junction of Forest Rd 212. Very quiet. It is a long way from the north rim, 1.25 hours from Cape Royal.

Report Check-InThis location is between Jacobs Lake and Grand Canyon North Rim. Can access it from a few different forest service roads. Can access even after North Rim is closed for season. Large flat are under tall pines and old aspen. Several fire rings and chopped wood. May find deer carcasses or gut piles depending on season. Also saw bear and coyote scat, keep your pets nearby.
