established RV and small mobile home park; not too large, nice pool, nice manager and decent Wi-Fi. they were renovating restrooms so we got the wifi free; normally &10 a week. there is a free shower on pool area to use while restrooms are closed. very quiet here this time of year. nice views of mountains on two sides and lots of Palm trees

A great little Park with all the amenities. Unfortunately not many spots for short timers. Excellent value compared to the Mesa sites. Passport America $30 plus $5 for power.
Report Check-InQuiet place to stay. Needed electric hookup for my van and the owner allowed me to reserve a spot for the night. $28 bucks (cash or check only) with free WiFi. There are toilets but didn’t use bc I have toilet in van. Friendly people /community.
Report Check-InWent here but it’s like on those average horrible RV places. No atmosphere at all. They ask 44,- dollars a night and you have to pay for the wifi. We decided to leave.
