Several campsites above Twin Lakes off 4wd road. The other campsites listed in this area were already taken by campers with trailers. By taking the 4wd road we were able to find a number of campsites that the campers with large trailers were unable to access.

Pretty epic spot overlooking twin lakes & mountain views. Got here in a loaded down, stock Honda Pilot (8” of clearance), w back rack. Quite a few sites. 4WD road extends further, but didn’t chance it.
Report Check-InSome spots along this road, first couple spots were taken so it’s definitely a popular spot but so beautiful and quiet, pack out!
Report Check-InEasy to get to from the highway, no 4WD needed to reach this particular spot. This area is packed on summer weekends.
Report Check-InGreat views! Nice level sites with rock fire rings. 10/10 will return.
