Siansimba River Lodge and Camp | Established Campground

Beautiful campsite just off the river. They have a small pool which you can use if you’re friendly in the off season (would get busy with all lodges full)
Campsite is 5 small sites with a low overhanging tree (see below) but it has amazing views and it’s green! They made a fire for us which was lovely.
Ablutions clean and warm but there’s only 1 shower and toilet for 5 sites so might get busy.
Lovely, very friendly staff.
We negotiated 40 USD.

Gorgeous place. we camped for 2 nights and were right by the river. The management is very friendly and we were allowed to use the pool as well as just lounge in the lodge and use the wifi. Stunning views of the Zambezi everywhere and elephants do wander around camp as there are no fences. They gave us a store room to keep our equipment as they do have baboons and vervets but they weren't a problem while we were there.

We stayed there 3 Nights with our MAN with 3.55 m Clearance at the campsite on the end. Driving under the tree was millimeters 🙈😉👍. The Maintance Sylvana was very friendly and helpful. We could do anything, Boatcruises, Gamedrives and enjoining the nice cool 😎 Pool. It’s a great Place if you’re alone like us 🤩🤩💪👍

Just one place for big rigs, there is a tree that makes difficult to arrive to other places. That place is by the toilet, fortunately we were alone. We are 3,4 m heigh.

Not directly to the river, some trees between camp and river that makes not direct view to it.

No possible to use the pool if you are at the campsite.

We loved this campsite- right by the river, clean toilet and shower, friendly staff and made to feel very welcome to use the lodge for meals, drinks, a guided game drive (highly recommended) and a swim too.

This lodge and campside is currently under construction. It will be reopened in August 2022. We were already able to take a good look at the place and we think it will be wonderful once finished. The safari tents and the infinity pool are already there and look beautiful. The campspots for overlanders are not finished yet. If you'll stay on the campside, you can also use the facilities of the lodge (restaurant and pool). They will also offer game drives and walking safaris.

Wonderful located bush camp directly at the Zambezi river. Bring everything with you. For us one of the most beautiful camp in southern part of Africa.
