Arid desert camping. Numerous level sites with fire rings and BBQ grates. Nearby pit toilet. Close to Colorado River. Secluded and remote site with excellent views of the west rim of the Grand Canyon
You can get water from the river, although it is silty. Park on parking area near Colorado river and spend day next to river. Bring a flyswatter as there are seasonal black horseflies by the river.

awesome place. great place to camp, no one else around. good place to hike. well maintained dirt. and gravel road. the end of the road is about 2 more miles down. this is the pickup area for the people rafting down the Colorado River. pit toilets on sites. awesome place, beautiful
