River's End Campground and RV Park | Established Campground

Very nice commercial style camping. Super customer service and very clean. Nice walking from here to a beach. We made the mistake of exploring the island in a campervan. We paid to park in a lot and got ticketed anyway because we were an RV. Only one parking lot allows RV parking (and parallel on the main highway). $90.00 later I am learning that my van is considered an RV and that I have to read the city website parking rules in their entirety!

Very nice campground. Laundry, heated bath houses, flush toilets, store on-site, etc…. Expensive compared to others but they deliver on the extra cost with great customer service and amenities. $63 / night w our AAA discount for complete hook-up site (water, electric and waste, cable internet) They have 2 fenced in dog parks (one for 20lb and under and a large dog park…great for the furry friends). Awesome access to the beach and a great 2.5 mile loop you can walk from the campground to the Bull River Beach (awesome beach…don’t let the River fool you…this is a really nice beach) that you can walk north along the beach where the river enters the Atlantic…at North Beach. Great beach bars and restaurants along the way…all w/in walking distance of the campground. Highly recommend this site!

Nice campground to enjoy the island or savannah from, friendly people, all the amenities, would stay again!

Very nice, staff was excellent as is the location. Fitness center is good. Showers could use a boost in water pressure but are still usable.

Stayed one night and found the park to be as described. The on-site staff were very accommodating and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

Tybee Island, often referred to as Savannah’s Beach, offers visitors a place for all seasons with sandy beaches, great fishing, and rich history at every turn. River’s End Campground is a fantastic home base for exploring it all. We’re just a few short blocks from the beach (approx. 1/2 mile) and an easy 15 mile drive to historic downtown Savannah.

We have over 100 sites that offer services ranging from full hook-up capacity with water and sewer and free cable, to water and electric service only, as well as primitive tent camping sites. Some, but not all water-electric sites also have free cable. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

Our goal at River’s End is to provide you with a safe, pleasant location where you can relax and meet new friends, and come back year after year. .
