On the road from Tbilisi to the Tbilisi national park there is a brown sign for Church. Turn right there, crossing the small river and find a place anywhere. at weekends there are many locals and the area is controlled by the police. Police was friendly, we assume they check if you litter the place and if fire is made what seems to be forbidden so its very clean there.
Flat areas are easy to find.
It was quiet at night.
no water source, except the river what looks clean as well.

The place is as described. We arrived on a Wednesday evening and had the park to ourselves. Good spot close to Tbilisi, especially off-season.
Report Check-InYou can indeed find a flat place to stand but shadow is not very easy to find and there is loads of trash. The descent from the street is pretty steep and can be tough for big and less strong cars.
Report Check-InThere are many places to stay here, unfortunately not as clean as described but OK.
