stayed for 2 nights. Some noise from the cars using drive through. wifi if you park close enough to the store. Be careful if you use the parking lot next to the furniture outlet as we saw a car get towed from there.

There's actually a little dirt lot adjacent to the parking lot. That's where I have chosen to stay multiple nights. No issues, normal traffic and drive thru noises.
