Walmart Waynesboro | Informal Campsite

I stayed one night here with no issues. There are signs saying no overnight parking, but no one bothered me. I didn't speak to a manager and had no issue staying until 8:30am. Average Walmart.

Manager told us we could spend the night as long as we were gone by 7:00am. No one else was staying here but fairly typical Walmart; parked towards the back under the signs that say “no semis and RVs” because that is what the manager told us to do. A bit of road noise.

Signs saying no RV camping. I did not ask if I could due to that.

Was an average Walmart. Good place to spend the night before hitting the Parkway in the morning. There were a few other RVs here as well.

Arrived late... 1 other RV. Very loud all night with immature people driving fast with loud music in the parking area.

Works for an overnight. Relatively quiet on a Saturday night for a busy store. Lots of space to walk dogs if they’re with you :)

We asked a manager if we could stay and she kindly said yes. Just need to park away from the entrance either at the back or on the right hand side when facing the store. Walmart is open 24 hours with a Subway inside. Relatively quiet spot with a few other RV’s.

Walmart in Waynesboro allows overnight parking as long as you park somewhere in the back.
