Rest Area Northbound | Sanitation Dump Station

As described you can only access the dump or RV parking so I’d not plan to stop there for a break if you’re using the dump.

Sanidump and potable water is open. Easy access from I-5 Northbound. Access through truck parking towards Exit

Dump station and water was open today (Jan 11). Dump and water are only accessible from the very first drive on the left. parking spaces on that drive are for trucks only, parking is labeled as no RV parking. SO you can get to the dump and fill stations, but the only where for an RV to park is on the other drives, which you can not access the dump stations from.

You can either dump, or park and rest, but not both if you are an RV.

This place is open and working. Was able to dump and washout black water.

2 out of 3 lanes open at our visit. No trash bins near the dump station. We had to walk all the way to the restroom to find one.

Non-potable rinsing water available. Activates for 40 seconds by the click of a button. Potabel water available further ahead in the lane.

Dump station open and working. Potable water available just past dump station. RV parking closed right now.

Sami dump only open May - October. Currently doing maintenance. Car side of rest stop is open with clean bathrooms, etc.

Nice rest area. Keep hard left after you get into the rest area and go past the semi-truck parking stalls, you will find three dumping spots with non-potable hoses and one potable spigot just past them.

The potable spigot is on a 40 second timer so you need to sit there and continually hit the button over and over. Bit of a p.i.t.a but doable.

I had to pull an illegal U-turn back through the dumping station because I wanted to go back and park with a tank of fresh water. The way it's set up they are expecting you to dump then fill and leave straight back to the hwy which is a bit of a dumb layout.
