Great place for morning rest! The parking at the west side of the island is free except 11am - 6pm. Sport RV (type B under 25') can park at the edges (best view). We arrived early and have to wait till 11am to pay for parking. Plan to stay overnight here, we ll go back to the States if they stop us.

Report Check-InWe have stayed here (at lot code 80) at least 10 times over the past three years. You can stay for 24 hours for $14.11. Easy to pay for (and extend0 parking with the Easypark app. We have seen others parking here and sleeping here as well. We have a 20 foot Sprinter van so we fit into a standard size parking space. if you don't fit, you'd probably have to pay for 2 spaces. We try to arrive later in the day, as parking is often challenging on Granville Island during the day. It is very quiet at night here. There is an improv theater closeby that is good, and lots of eating options/coffee shops/bakeries on the island To get into town, we either take a foot ferry or we get a Car2Go (there are plenty on the island). Never had an issue here, but keep a low profile so that this option continues in the future.
