BLM dispersed camping. Free. Pinon juniper forest with many options. Recommended 4wd and stay away if rainy or snowy.

definitely recommend a 4wd for this spot, unless you stay close to the gate.
We took our 2wd Promaster back there and it was rough. Couldn't make it to the spot so we turned around.
Quiet. Private. Coyotes yipping in the night. Would not drop down hill without 4wd and high clearance. Deep ruts and off camber. Drove to marked site. Flat pull off from ranch road between Juniper. Walked another mile to the end of road where there is a corral and water tank.
Report Check-InFantastic location. Gate and road as described by others. We didn't go all the way to the coordinates; found a spot about .2mi in. No road noise.
Report Check-InThis is BLM land that appears to be leased for cattle grazing. Lots of good places to camp for a 4x4. Not good for large RVs.
Report Check-InThanks to iOverlander and the kind folks who posted. Great spot! Heed their advice when coming to location.
Report Check-InThis is BLM land. We managed to get in with a 2wd but would not recommend if you have low clearance and aren’t keen for some skilled driving. Wouldn’t recommend if it’s been raining and you’re in a 2wd. No fire rings-just park where you want. The green gate is closed but not locked. Clearly states on fence it’s BLM land. Apart from that, it was quiet and great stars!
