Nice apartment building with spacious air-conditioned apartments. We shared an apartment with three other overlanders while we waited to sail to Panama on the Stahlratte. Our apartment had two bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed), two bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, spacious living room, great WiFi, a balcony with ocean view. It was 200.000 COP per night for the apartment (price probably depends on the season). Free access to swimming pool and gym. Safe parking for motorbikes and cars. In walking distance of the beach, shops and a short taxi ride away from the old centre. You can book in advance (using for example Booking.com), but we just showed up there and negotiated the price for 6 nights.

Horrible service. We booked via booking.com and owner of apartment didn't show up so we were stuck there negotiating for 4 hours n in the end have to find another place near old town. avoid it as place is nothing special old town much much better ...
Report Check-Instayed there twice already, apartment 801A (managed by http://www.inmobiliariacastellar.com). either contact them or walk into the reception (there's hordes of people outside trying to fish you for an apartment).
aircon in each room, big kitchen (incl. oven and microwave), big washing machine we had running 24/7. also has a proper sink for handwashing. 5 min walk to the beach, taxis to the old town for reasonable prices (ask _before_ getting in and ask in the reception for an approx. price to your destination)
Report Check-InBeautiful apartment, great way to celebrate a new continent. The owner / manager is attentive, friendly and helpful. The parking is ample and the location is fantastic, with a very impressive view. A large capacity washer worked hard to wash all of our clothes during our stay and the flat has good aircon and very fast internet. The location is also very good, near to shops, restaurants, malls and the beach. The old center is a 5 min taxi ride away. the flat has 6 beds and a comfy couch, so the 200 000 peso per night fee can be split up extensively to make the apartment more affordable. Highly recommended
