This lot is next to the police station and just 2 blocks from the main square. It is also along the river and only 1 block from the old bridges.
We did not stay there though we felt we could access it with our 7.4m long camper. There were many spots available when we found this, though it was on a Saturday - mid week might be different.

One of the only locations we found to park downtown with a vehicle larger than a standard car, which are the only ones accepted in the regular Parqueaderos.We spent a quiet and safe night on site for a small fee.

Place sure, silent, In front of DIAN
Lot was packed on a Thursday evening, so we moved on. Could easily camp here...just arrive later. No sign of police station. We returned in the morning and the lot was clear enough to park to walk around town. However, the parking attendant asked us to move to another location in the same lot because our 6m was to large for a normal spot.
