Description

This part of the park only requires you to pay 200 rupees pp for entry instead of 2000 pp for the main part of the park. First lake you come to is very pretty. You can go by bicycle and apparently also without a guide if you prefer. Still a chance to see rhinos and a rare tiger though. Self-drive possible! Car ticket 500 rupees.
You’ll have to go through knee-deep water here. The main entry gate is on the road just to the north.

Latest Check-Ins

At the moment it is not possible to enter on foot or by bicycle, since a rhinoceros killed a guide a few days ago. We tried to do the tour by bicycle but we couldn't for that reason. Currently there is a suspension bridge to cross although you can also cross the river with a 4x4 or motorcycle. Finally we entered with our van through the main entrance (north) paying 500 rupees for the vehicle + 200 rupees per person. The lakes are beautiful but we didn't see a single animal 😂
