Personnels de guichet Wingo complètement incompétents et débiles.

Nous étions 3 couples dans la même situation. On voyage sur la route Panaméricaine. Nos voitures ont été mises en container pour un départ sur un ferry dans 2 jours. Nous, on a voulu prendre un avion pour rejoindre et visiter Carthagène, le temps que le bateau arrive et que les voitures soient dédouanées.
Eh bien, nous avons mis 1h45 d'effort tous réunis pour arriver à nos fins, car ils ne voulaient pas nous donner nos cartes d'enregistrement au motif qu'il y avait plus d'1 jour d'écart entre le départ du ferry et le notre en avion.
On a dû appeler Overland Ambassy (Alejandro, que je vous conseille vivement) un dimanche matin pour qu'il nous envoie un lien et un tracking du bateau disant qu'il venait juste d'arriver...

Bref, et je ne vous détaille pas leur débilité concernant le transport du chien et le conditionnement de sa cage en tant que bagage en soute.

C'est sûrement la moins pire des 3 compagnies aériennes, mais une chose est sûre: on est SUPER HEUREUX d'avoir quitté le Panama...

If you flying out to Cartagena to pick up your car (eventually…), you need a (soft or hard) copy of the Bill of Lading AND the police inspection document. They won’t check you in without if you’ve a one-way ticket.

If you fly with Wingo be VERY careful. They offer a cheap ticket then try to steal more money. We bought a ticket that said no charge for changes. They charged us extra to change the date because they said the price went up when it didn’t. We tried to check in on line and it wouldn’t let us, but it did charge us extra for express check-in? At the counter we had to pay to have them check us in and they put us in different rows. My wife screamed at the lady and she at least changed our seats. Be sure to have copies of your vehicle shipping papers so you won’t have to show proof of onward travel. WORST AIRLINE IVE EVER FLOWN ON!!!!

Hot inefficient but cheap. Needed proof of onward travel from Medellin to Panama. There is a little cafe that has wifi so you can order an Uber and save some taxi money. Didn’t locate a Cambio or ATM

Cheaper flights to Cartagena on this airline than those leaving Tocumen Airport, but BEWARE:. if you don't print your boarding passes, they charge you $15!
