Looks great, but no you can't camp anymore

As described, only the couple is not that old. He is building more cabanas in the backyard. not everything is straight or done by the book. But it is made with love and he is very proud of it. And we had the best shower of the trip thusfar (2 weeks). Paid 7k pesos pp in a campercar.

Report Check-In

Campground and cabanas in owner’s backyard. Clean bathrooms, welcoming hosts, adorable dog. Some fruit trees. Paid 7000 pp.

Report Check-In

Very kind and friendly older couple, excellent hot(!!!) showers, clean banos, an enclosed area for cooking, potable water, and a sweet dog named Rocky. 7000 pp/pn. Small, just their backyard with enough space for 2 or 3 vehicles. Good wi-fi. We ended up coming back through town and stayed here for two more nights with a familial welcome back.

Second stop in our trip through Carretera Austral (hitchhiking / bus) . Basic Camping. Generaly grass on the ground. Pretty good Wi-Fi. Bathroom clean with handsoap and paper. Hot shower during definit time. Shelter to cooking. Shelter equiped with two fires but any cutlery or plates. Shelter not convenient to sit. The owner is very kind. 5000 CLP.

Decent shower for $2,000, just knock the owner's door.

5000 pesos pp in a camper van. WiFi was weak in camping area. Bathrooms were fairly clean. Showers were hot but lots of people showering in AM left my husband without warm water. Quiet, wind protected and very nice owners.

Report Check-In

camping spots are well sheltered, friendly owners, wifi, kitchen with gas stove and outlets

Report Check-In

Nice spot with shelters to set up tent out of wind/rain. Was pretty noisy at night due to the constant roosters and some people snoring in nearby tents (so not the owners fault of course). Nice little communal area, places to charge things, clean bathrooms, and really cute dog! And good place to meet other travelers. 5000 clp pp.

Report Check-In

Campground in the owners yard that has good wind protection for tents, for 5000 pp. There are even a couple small shacks that are completely sheltered from the wind. WiFi is good but does not reach to the tent shelter in the back by the kitchen. We set up our tents here and parked our motorbikes just outside the shelter. Space for a few other vehicles, it’s pretty spacious. Bathrooms are really nice and clean with hot water. Kitchen is decent, just two burners in a shack where you can cook out of the wind. Two electrical outlets in there. The owners are super nice as is their dog Rocky.

Highly recommend place!! The owner of this house is amazing. In mid-october he let us sleep in a nice shed with beds, just needed to use our own sleeping bags. After first night it was very cold, he gave us some blankets. Also, as we were the only visitors, he invited us to lunch in his house and we had some wine and empanadas by the fire place in the evening. We also went to see his other property nearby and fed his sheep. Great experience of the Chilean hospitality. The bathrooms were very hot and spotless clean. We stayed there for a week because it was raining a lot. Wifi works great also from the tent place. Don’t forget to give a nice belly rub to his Labrador-Akita dog Rocky.
Best camping in Patagonia for sure!
