North side of this short 500 feet street is perfect for a good night of sleep. No transit traffic, only locals coming in and out: moderate circulation during the day and evening, but super quiet in the night. Mostly dark and almost perfectly flat. There were two small RVs and a big one when I arrived.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
I parked here for half an hour or so at 9pm before I got the knock. Two local sheriffs told me that street parking overnight is not allowed and that a neighbor had called and they had to come out. They were nice enough about it but it was a bummer.
Report Check-InStayed for a night in RV. Downhill slant but nice and quiet. Work up with other vans around us
Report Check-InThis place was great. Nobody else camping, nobody bothered us. Will stay here again!
Report Check-InWe stayed here two nights. It’s quiet and safe with minimal traffic. On both nights several van lifers and overkanders were also parked here. Everyone was respectful and super quiet.
Report Check-InI arrived around 10pm, after hanging out at Doheney beach(pretty full there: no available camping as of June 20)this spot Was a great place for the night, around the corner from Waldorf, country clubs etx. Felt Safe, very quiet, nice neighborhoods, barely any type of traffic, heard some residential cars drive by. It’s a street that’s off the main neighborhoods. There were other cars parked there, no one seemed to care about. Stayed 1 night, may go back.
Report Check-InNot a bad place I would recommend staying up on the Eastern end of the Street further away from the street light and where it is more level. I stayed in a very conspicuous hippied out 69 Volkswagen bus and was not bothered there are a few cars going by on the main road but it's not bad over on the Eastern end and the cars that do go directly by aren't super fast or loud.
Report Check-InStayed 2 nights here while going back and forth to strands beach, didn’t have any issues. Other vehicles parked both nights.
Report Check-InThe main description was accurate. We stayed for one night w/ no problems. A few more cars use this street then we expected but it wasn’t bothersome. Sunrise view south down the coast was epic.
Report Check-InVery chill sport for overnight parking/sleeping! 3 mins away from a grocery store (Albertsons) which is where I recommend using the bathroom in the morning. Super flat, dark, and quiet.
Report Check-InAs described. Quiet. Not conducive to outside the van type activity but a good place to sleep. Seems like overflow parking for the adjacentneighborhood
Report Check-InGood Place to stay overnight. Quiet neighborhood, nobody cares about parked cars.
Report Check-InPerfect spot to spend a night, very quiet and a long section of curb to park against. In a very suburban area so try to keep noise down and you won't have an issue.
Report Check-InQuiety street, good point
Effectivement un coin tranquille pour la nuit, loin de la la highway.
