Description

On the beach right beside the Cuevas del Toro (aka Cuevas de Benevides), there are parking spots all along the road, short on the beach side and long on the opposite side.

We parked our motorhome and pickup truck on the first of the long spots coming from the caves, at the given coordinates; reasonably level (just two 1" leveling planks under each wheel on the road side was enough for perfect level), went to the caves (worth the visit, by the way) and came back fit dinner and sleep.

Perfect spot: no noise but for the crashing waves and seagulls, and the Carabineros patrol cars driving by every now and then made us feel very safe; we had a great restful night.

Latest Check-Ins

We stayed one night. Very quite. Right now the road is all gravel.

Report Check-In

Nice free parking. We took some place next to the street where some benches are. Police passing by a few times, very friendly and no garbage around

Perfect spot, you will fall asleep with the noise of the waves and the view on the beach is great. There are some street dogs but really nice.
