By far the best beach camp site in this area, we checked all the others. Shelter from some wind, no one around at all, turn off the road where you see the fishing boats and drive back up the coast along the beach, perfect for tents. At the fishing boats they will sell you fresh prawns for 150 pesos a kilo !!! Awesome spot, no facilities, no cell phone reception, free.

Loved this place! Very quiet, very peaceful. The wind comes and goes. We were lucky enough to have a wind-free day and temperatures around 30C, even swam a bit in the ocean. Amazing night sky!
Report Check-InWe had a pleasant quiet night here. No wind at all. The skies were open. The tide range is huge! At 3am, the sea was 20m away from us. In the morning, almost 200m away! Despite many fishermen around, everybody was respectful. No loud noise. As almost every other beach, be prepared to find trash around. No Claro signal.
Report Check-InWe were here on a not windy day and absolutely loved it. Found a sheltered spot for our tent and saw two other locals with their cars camping here too. Waved hello and didn’t notice them being here at the long stretch!
Report Check-InWe flew from the strong seawind. The sand hurts on the skin. Maybe it's worth it to go there if there is no wind. We went to another spot. For us the worst wildcampside since Uruguay. Sorry Arjan. Rough ripio road if you come from Ruta 3
