Very good spot to stay in the city center. Very very close to 5th avenue and in walkable distance from most important places.
They charge 15 mxn per hour still.
Good space even for big rigs.
Safe and after some conversations and “regalos” the guard allowed us to connect to the tap to get water from the office’s bathrooms.
It’s very noisy until 3a.m. because there’s a lot of night clubs and bars nearby.

Llevamos 3 noches durmiendo ahí y recomiendo quedarse. Es un lugar super céntrico y muy grande para poder quedarse, cuenta con baño y es muy tranquilo por la noche y seguro. el costo por hora cambia, pues el primer día costo 10/hr y los siguientes días 15/hr. la gente del lugar agradable.

Magnifico lugar es un estacionamiento que está a escasos 100 metros de la playa tiene seguridad todo el día y un baño abierto todo el día se paga 10 pesos por hora te puedes quedar todo el día si no tienes paneles solares te puedes quedar debajo de un gran árbol al final del estacionamiento para nosotros es un muy buen lugar para pasar algunos días a 30 metros de la 5ta avenida muy bueno

Paid secure parking in playa del Carmen nice security guards $10 a night. Safe decent load but it’s a party place right!!
