it was very cheap, just 17 bolivianos for chicken, chorizo, rice and potato fries. But, but the portion of local people was much larger than the one we were served as tourists.

Heaps of locals eating inside. Large portions and unlimited salad to go with your main.
Great value.

Yep, we ate at La Paceña- yummy steak with fries and salad for 20b, and an extra plate of salad (serve yourself from the salad bar) was free!

Great place with friendly owners and local prices. Way better hygiene than other places with an amazing salad bar! We ate here twice and didn’t have any emergency toilet trips afterward. Some of the best food in uyuni, don’t waste your time at the tourist joints

We ate twice in DONA ELENA Churrasqueria. Had a Llama Ribs and Llama Steak for a 25 bol with a rice and french fries and a salad buffet, was tasty, really local flavor.

The fries were cold, the rice to cooked and the llama hard (better to watch them throw the window)

There is 3 big chicken roasters outside and three packed little restaurants inside. I came for dinner, 15b chicken, 20b ribs or something, 25b steak. comes with rice, fries and salad bar.
All places packed with locals, I was for sure the only non-local. you'll probably share a table with others.
fast, cheap delicious!
