Pasamos dos noches sin problema. Muy tranquilo, tiene unas juegos para niños. Ideal para familia. Muy cerca hay supermercado, ferretería, farmacia y el malecón.

Very ok spot. Very quiet, no traffic either day or night. A few tables, shade, water hose. No one bothered us.

pasamos 3 buenas noches en este lugar, nos sentimos muy seguros y tranquilos... hay un vecino que es poco amigable, pero el resto, muy simpáticos... hay agua (supongo que NO potable) y mucha sombra, también mesitas para pasar el día... Recomendado

you need a hose which is minimum 20m long to use one of the two water spigots. they are there for gardening. slept very well here, quiet and safe area.

Stayed here two night and felt super safe. Asked an elderly man that lives in the house on the corner if it was safe to sleep here and he said yes. He said there were many travelers that park here and that most houses around had cameras. There's water in the park.

Pasamos una buena noche, se sintió seguro a pesar que no estaba iluminado. hay agua en el parque y no pudimos conectarnos al wifi.

We had a good night, it felt safe even though it was not lit. there is water in the park and we couldn't connect to wifi.

Nice park in a quiet neighbourhood. We spent about 5 nights here. Quiet and safe. There are tables available as well as water tap.

Dormimos una noche aquí cuando llegamos de noche de topolobampo. Tranquilo y con sombra por la mañana. Mesas y parque para desayunar. Excelente

Nice quiet area to sleep. Residential area so be courteous, clean, and quiet as well. Water tap available in park. Be careful of low trees. Don’t recommend RVs here due to trees and narrow streets...as well as it’s best to be stealthy in residential areas. Keep this place open!

We were driving through Mazatlan and decided to stop for the night at a little park we found. When I went to put it on iOverlander, someone beat me to it! Quiet little park. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. We saw the WiFi but couldn't connect. Perhaps you have to be in just the right spot. Mazatlan felt safe and was a nice reprieve from the buggy coast. Great place if you want to stay in the city for a night.

very quiet and safe place. Cute neighbourhood and beautiful well maintained little park. Dogs barking in the morning around but normal. Couldn’t access the « free wifi ».. and didn’t look for the toilet.

Very good place, quiet and safe. We stay hete for a few days. Nobody bother us.
There are water with a hose,
Bathroom two blocks in the medical building “Polimedica” (see the picture) Ave. Rafael Buelna.
Free WiFi to.

Excelente parque, con agua y asadores. Wifi de la ciudad gratis.
Baños en el edificio Polimedica en la avenida Rafael Buelna.
Muy tranquilo y seguro.
Estuvimos casi una semana aquí.
