Silvertip Falls Recreation Site | Informal Campsite

Beautiful little rec site at the trailhead to one of the most beautiful falls in the park. Two sites, picnic tables and pit toilets. Road in was a little steep and washboarded, but made in in a low clearance car and a campervan. Road into the rec site is a narrow two track, wouldn’t recommend motorhome or trailers as you wouldn’t be able to turn around.

epic free camp spots by a gorgeous waterfall and creek. there are only two there. and one is planted in front of a trailhead, so prepare for visitors walking through the site. can't beat free and gorgeous!! I stayed in the first site and blocked the view of traffic coming by with my vehicle. not big rig friendly and the road can be a little rough. portable potties for both camp sites!

A lot of snow right now on the last 4 kil
ometers before the Spot on the gravel road. Didnt Went further with our 2WD. Cannot say anything about the Site.

Fabulous spot by the creek, 2 campsites each with its own clean outhouse and picnic table.

Really nice place. We choose a door right by the river and beside the trail. When rain stops, we will check out the falls.

Good location to stay for free entering Wells Gray. Nice creek sound and pit toilets (only 'fair condition'). Picnic tables and fire ring.

Great spot with picnic banches, toilet and fire pit close to the river and the Silvertip falls. Free.
