Description
$8 pet-friendly primitive camping on a beautiful Texas ranch! RV sites available. Restrooms & bathhouse on site. Located RIGHT off of 16, GPS will take you to Co Rd 350 - this is incorrect, the campground is off of 16 - you will see big Oxford Ranch Campground sign on your right coming from Fredericksburg and on your left coming from Llano. Very friendly owners, pleasant experience! Quiet and dark, beautiful stargazing on clear nights! 15 minute drive to Enchanted Rock Natural Area.

Spent two nights here. very quiet, with the occasional coyote in the distance. Large field full of trees, grass and friendly cows. came here during the week and shared the space with a few other campers. We went with tent camping at $10/night as we did not need hookups. Showers were warm. Beautiful area.Trash needed emptying, though. Watch for thorns and goat heads in the fields. Had service with Verizon and At&t, not t-mobile.
Report Check-InBeautiful location. Stayed for one night in our campervan and spent most of the day at the campground. Highly recommend! You can fill up water with the hose on the side of the bath house.
Report Check-InNice owner, vast ranch with a multitude of spots with picnic tables and fire rings. $10/person if you don’t need hookups. $25 - $30 with hookups. Bathrooms with showers included. Very quiet.
Report Check-Intent camped among a small grove of live oaks here. $10 per person. they have 150 acres to roam and had two dogs at the house.
there's s bath house with showers and toilets closer to the main house.
didn't have any cellphone reception.
there were probably a half dozen trailers in the side with electric.

In primitive camping area, there are porta potties placed randomly throughout acreage, very clean.
In RV area, electric only is $25. Not super level and closer to road, so lots of noise. We camped in both areas. Love the primitive camping area. Lots of space.
