Description
One lane RV dump station. Free! There is a clean out hose attached to a blue painted faucet. Blue paint usually means it’s potable. I feel safe in removing the hose from the faucet and using my own clean water hose to fill our freshwater tank.
This is On US-287 S, there is an identical setup on the other side of the Highway, heading North on US-287.

Excellent facilities - well lit and warm indoor restrooms open 24 hours. Some road noise, but what do you expect from a roadside rest?
Newer facilities with 24 hour attendants and security cameras. Indoor, partially heated restrooms and vending. Plenty of car and van parking spaces tonight. No large RVs present but room for several with no semi truck parking but a few did anyway. Reasonable amount of road noise. Cell had 3 bars voice and 4G data on Verizon.

Report Check-InThis rest stop both west and east direction is closed and has been closed the past year. The state of Texas is remodeling the building and grounds. No date when the construction will be completed.

Report Check-InRight now they are working on the rest area and it's closed. you might be able to back up the exit ramp as it's outside the fenced area, but not sure it's allowed.
