Nice, clean campground with about 12 sites, most with shade trees. Sites have picnic tables, fire rings and cooking grills (mostly). Still $12 per night. Has trash receptacles and two vault toilets. Road in is approximately 7 miles and paved, although narrow (basically one lane) and twisty with lots of blind curves, so take it slow.

The Campground name has been changed to Atáxam Mámta’ash (People's Flat) Campground to honor the descendants of the land.
Very secluded and sites are spread out. Our 2 vehicles were the first to arrive on a Saturday afternoon. By days end we had 3 sites taken. The road in is not recommended for cars. Toilets are clean. Shady oak trees throughout. Nice hidden spot somewhat close to civilization. We will be back for sure.
