Stayed here for a night, nice place. Really quiet. Some wind but wasn’t as bad as some other comments
Report Check-InQuiet night. Only one there. Rainy/foggy but had a good night sleep. Bathrooms didn’t open until later so we headed into town and hit up a Tim Horton.
Report Check-InBel endroit pour le décor et observer les baleines, cependant c’est très très venteux. On c’est fait bercer toute la nuit dans notre VR classe B. Le bruit du vent est aussi assez fort. Prévoir des bouchons.
Report Check-InStayed overnight, no, "no overnight parking signs" One other class B camped, no one bothered us and the views are excellent despite continuous heavy rain.
Had asked a National Park staffer the day before about overnight parking at Cape Spear and was told it was public parking and no one would bother us and no one did. This is the small parking lot just before you get to the main Cape Spear parking lot
Stayed here in the parking lot overnight without anyone disturbing. Beautiful sun rise, first of North America. Can be busy in the mornings for this reason
Report Check-InWe did an overnight parking in the first of the 2 parkings at Cape Spear. We had a nice view but it was a bit noisy with the waves (we've had worst!) but also there was cars passing by during the night. Still, I would recommend.
