Description

We spent 6 nights here, parked on the street, right next to the park. It’s a very quiet area and we checked with the police if this was a safe spot and they told us that it is and it’s one of the most controlled areas by them. San Marcos toilets are just a few blocks away and the historical center is 5 minutes walking distance. We were told Aguascalientes is very dangerous but we felt quite safe in this place. Be aware that there are very little spots for parking large cars all around the city.. we spent an entire morning driving from park to park looking for a place to park, and we came across this spot and we really loved it. We came here for the festival Día de los Muertos and after 10pm everything was very quiet.

Latest Check-Ins

Report Check-In

One neighbor came to talk, and said the region is safe, but is way to people going home, who live in other “not so safe” areas. He advised me to go farther north inside the city. I was considering moving later to Walmart (which is further North), but another neighbor came and inspired more assertiveness on his opinion. So I stayed and had a very good night. Super quiet after 22-23h.
