Lots of open dispersed camping area. Plenty of room for bigger rigs. Several 5th wheels here this week. Interesting rocky features and dino tracks nearby. Nice views of LaSal Mtns in distance.
Can get pretty muddy after rains. Marginal Verizon LTE. Be careful of the nearby Chevron. Price not visible from highway and they were $.60 gallon more than Moab.

Road to get there crosses a soft sand river bed. Was tricky not to get stuck with our 29ft class C. We drove to the other side of the first green hill to be away from the road and train track noise. Perfect spot.
Report Check-InStayed here for 2 nights. Really close to Arches National Park, nice views, quiet despite being a little close to the highway and felt safe. The place is popular but it is so large that everyone has their own private space. Accessible with 2WD
Report Check-InCampgrounds pretty busy. We arrived here 7:30pm. Almost all the spots been taken. We have to drive far away to get a spot. As soon as we finish set up , sands blast started and rained. Didn’t take too long wind drying down.
Report Check-InLots of roads lots of spots but don’t show up on a Saturday, took me a loong time to find a private spot for my suv. Roads are made of rock so no potholes or possible tipping. Beautiful views. 0-1 bar Verizon.
Report Check-InPretty spot w lots of dispersed camping. Was muddy when we came but not too bad
Report Check-InNothing fancy but nice view of La Sal and surrounding Moab prettiness. Bit of loose sand at the beginning but then the road is fine. One of the main places people dispersed camp in Moab so can be quiet busy. Close to town and arches. Great spot for large groups. Spots are level and many have fire rings. 1-2 bars of LTE on AT&T and Verizon, no service on T-Mobile. Service gets worse the further back you go.
