We couldn't find Mellat Bank here. We googled and found at 40.181528 44.527949.

The rest is still as described. Just mention Iran Visa and they know how to proceed. I guess due to different visa types you need to tell them the amount you want to pay.
We paid 50€ per Person in Euro. Don't know if in dram is also possible.

Payment for the Iranian Visa is only taken cash and in € we have been told today! Fast and friendly process, they know the procedure. 5 min we were done. Open Mo-Fr 9:30 - 16:30

Here is the mellat Bank you need to go to pay for the Iranian visa. 50€ normal (2days waiting), 75€ Express (Same day visa). You can pay with drum and cash only. If you mention Iranian visa they know what to do. Bring your passport. Finally you get a receipt you need to bring to the embassy.
