The guard said it was ok to park here over night. Payment was optional, we gave him 1000Dram. No guard here at night though.
It was good to stay here on the tarmack because in the grassy areas were millions of mosquitos.

we decided to spend the night in the parking lot. we pay 1000 Dram (2,00) better to stay here before wasting time looking for a spot were you can be catched for the police. don't forget this is a militar and near border área.
No facilities, but in 1 Kilometer you will find some restaurants and supermarket
We slept 2 nights. You don't need go into the parking area, we just park a litle bit the parking no fee. Very quiet.
