Very nice spot with a beautiful view of the Uruguay river, you can see Brasil. We spent the night next to the Prefectura Naval. There is a power outlet that works only during the night next to the Moconá mural.
Report Check-InNice place with a pretty view of Uruguay river. Could not find the electricity spot. Good free wifi. The best spots are on the south part of the costanera but they are also close of the boarder pass, so you get a lot of movement during the day. Local people also gather there on the night so it could get noisy. I would recommend to stay by the plaza if you want a quiet night.

Report Check-InWould be a good place. In the Prefectura Naval nearby they allowed us to stay. But there is also on Wednesday evening loud music from the bar, starting 18:30; we did not stay.
Report Check-InBeautiful view of the river and safe spots to spend the night along the costanera. We parked in front of a house and asked the lady who lived there if it was ok for her. She was very friendly and had no problem at all. Only at night we heard some loud music coming from the club/bar (it was saturday).
