Something not right?

Description

I just visited this information centre. Very nice. Wifi on site. Displays inside, free coffee and cookies. Tables for kids to colour at. Clean bathrooms. Driving range here as well (closed at the moment) and a campground which I did not stay at however just wanted to share. Inside the info centre it said pets welcomed and it had camping games (ladder ball, horseshoes Etc) for borrow. Free books on site as well and burger place down the road.

Latest Check-Ins

Cute little campground close to the highway, not too noisy, super cheap (only $15/night for tents with power), clean showers and bathrooms, normally not too crowded, Wi-Fi only close to the office (none on the campground), would definitely stay here again, 8/10

Report Check-In

Closed for the season. Chatted with someone apparently checking on the office in the morning. He says the campground will remain closed until mid May.

A good alternative is the old unsigned rest stop 4 km east, north side of road. That is grass under trees with good protection form wind, picnic tables, pit toilets, and free.

Forgot to mention that there is a campground office at the lane in. Pick up a self-registration form from the mailbox in front of the entrance door - on the reiling - no electricity is $15 a night. We’ll worth it for super clean washrooms and a warm shower.

Report Check-In

Open campground with Clean facilities. Not as close to the road as it seems on the map. The campground winds around the back and is quiet, free from bugs, and enjoyable for playing with the dog after a long day on the road.

Very nice little campground. 30 amp power and firewood for $25.00. Sites are well shaded, nice fire pits. Clean washroom with showers. Good cell service as well.

Nice spot to stop for an overnight or more. No power tent spot $15 👍🏻
Free firewood too.
well maintained

Report Check-In

Joli petit camping, beau site propre, coin feu et bois gratuit avec électricité, pour 25$, ne cherchez pas de stationnement gratuit, pour ce prix génial.

A sweet campsite right off highway 16.
15$ + free firewood. Very accommodating.

I stayed here for one night, for tent only it's $15 for the night. Fire wood and shower is included. a very quit place with a lot of grass like a park. You can hear the street a little bit but no train tracks. There is also a co-op food market in town which is open until 7 pm.
