Description
Hotel with rooms to rent as well as a Caravan Park. Bar, restaurant and small shop. The camping and van site has lovely green grassy sites with water and electricity. Good ablution blocks and a bit of a camp kitchen. It is on the banks of the Gamtoos River with great views and good security.
Cost for a powered van site was R300 for two people.

Tightly packed with caravans and fishing folk over the weekend, and the loud road noise (including campers moving out) started up from first light.

A beautiful spot on the Gamtoos river, rolling lawn all over, braai places, electricity, shady trees, clean ablutions. A serene place, quite and unspoilt views. Will visit here anytime again, for sure!

The facilities have all undergone massive renovations recently, and the place is looking much more modern.

Nice grassed campsites. Food at the reasonably priced and good quality.Will stay here again if we pass this way again
Report Check-InCould be a nice place! Ablutions a bit shabby and no toilet paper provided. Little shade. Some noisy campers. Especially annoying after spending 3 quiet nights in Mountain Zebra NP. 🤪 however price good ZAR180 for 2.
