Latest Check-Ins

we stayed one night with no problems. half of the carpark has no parking signs, the other half seems okay to stay in. there was a full caravan and a semi staying there too.

Report Check-In

No more overnight parking. They walk to every parked vehicle and stated you will be towed if parked after close. No more one night stays, park at own risk.

Report Check-In

Location closed. City ordinance of no overnight parking enforced. Security will knock on your window & tell you to leave. Called numerous hotels & none will let you stay overnight as well.

Report Check-In

Walmart security employee came by and made sure we knew they had. a 1 night a month policy. Anyone who stays more that one night will be asked to leave. Several of us were over our stay. no problem as there are hundreds of places just outside the city limits

Report Check-In

Most cities in Montana have an ordinance against overnight “camping” in parking lots.

That’s because folks around here don’t want what has happened in California parking lots with homeless compounds to spring up.

So while it is “illegal” to camp overnight in the Walmart lot, no one is going to enforce the ordinance if you are passing through and looking to post up for the night in an RV.

Just don’t think you are going to move in and live out of an inoperable car like happens in Cali.

Report Check-In

Walmart does not own the parking lot, the city does so they say that there is a 1% chance of cops telling you to leave so it is at your own risk, also you cannot stay for more than 3 nights. We are staying the night and hoping it will be okay, there are many RVs and camper vans

Report Check-In

It's just a Walmart parking lot like every city has.
