Spot incroyable pour dormir une nuit, avec le son de l'océan! Il y a une maison tout près, donc être le plus discret possible et ramasser vos déchets pour garder ce merveilleux spot!

Amazing spot for a night's sleep, with the sound of the ocean! There is a house nearby, so be as discreet as possible and pick up your trash to keep this wonderful spot!

This is a beautiful spot and we felt comfortable spending one night here. It was so nice to be right on the beach and hear the waves all night. It’s a flat spot.
A couple of things to be aware of…there was some trash which we cleaned up before we left. There is a lot of beach erosion so be careful where you drive and park. It’s also a tight space and one van fits comfortably. It’s at the end of a dead end which locals use for recreation (dog walk etc) so be aware and leave some room for them to turn around. Lastly, we talked to the abutting land owner who is very friendly and encouraged that it would be fine to spend the night but did confirm this is private property.

This spot has an amazing view of the sunset and the sunrise. Locals had dumped a bunch of tree trimmings on the edge of the beach that had been there for a while so we used them for a fire and cleaned up the site a bit. It was chilly but no strong winds so the weather was nice. The tide comes up pretty close to the landing above the beach so the sand is mostly wet. There was frost on the grass and surrounding plants in the morning. A local fisherman came by at dusk and fished a few yards down the beach, he was super friendly. the house on the road overlooking the spot seemed to be empty as it was end of the season and probably vacant for the winter. warm showers can be found just down the road at another ioverlander spot.
