If you continue into Parque Urquiza proper you will find a great place to park up and sleep. This is a residential neighbourhood, full of people running and keeping fit, well lit at night, plenty of people about but quiet, not much traffic. There are public toilets opposite the Le Park cafe/restaurant which are open from early to late evening.

I sleep three night at this place. Very quiet and safe. Free public toilet at the park (not open during the night), some restaurants close to this position and a small supermarket in a street (3 de Febrero), also potable water but a few pressure.

its a safe place if you want or need to stay in the City. but a nogo during weekends. people use the park until 4.00 oclock in the morning. so no night sleep!!!

Very good place to spend the night in the city. Very nice all the way till the Planetarium which it's possible to visit. Thanks for sharing this place.

it is a open parking where people come for walking. it is quiet and in front of the parking there is residential building. We spoke with the door men to watch the car for us while we sleep, he was friendly and did it. We felt safe even to leave the car and go for dinner. It always has people walking and exercising and full of cars. It is good to find a spot right in front of the building with glass doormen entrance.

On the way to buenos aires, we wanted to stop to visit in Rosario (superb city by the way). There were not much overlanding point. We found a perfect one, secure (guard inside the building), free and incredible view over the parana river.
