Next to the VFW building in town. You don’t have to be a member and it’s $20.00 night with power. $10 to park in the grass.

no change since last post, except that the fee for an electric spot is now 30$. The place is not very nice, but it really is convenient to walk to the center (10 min).

Cheapest place in town. $10 dry camping $20 for electric. Site are setup for 50 amp, they will give you an adapter for 30 amp if you need it.
Report Check-InWe started with our campervan for 1 night. It cost $10 to park on the grass near the parking lot ( no hookups). We paid at the bar, which opens at 4:00pm each day. It was a quiet spot with lots of trees. It’s walkable to downtown and overall a good spot to stay over.

Decided to drop the camper in the parking lot since we do not need the electricity. I'm hoping to stay put a couple days here while the weather is not good.
Report Check-InLittle campground with 5-7 sites. We made it in with a 43’ 5er. $15/night. Some train and plane noise but it didn’t bother us. The electric is wired for 50amp plugs but only 1 leg works. No views but good place to visit Talkeetna from.
