Report Check-In

Was kicked out by police last night, they said that while overnight parking is allowed, camping is not because it's within the watershed that provides the city with water.

Report Check-In

Gorgeous view of the mountains. Got all set up and then was visited by security who told us no overnight camping allowed (despite signs not reflecting this timeframe).

Report Check-In

Overnight Parking at Little Cottonwood Canyon Park & Ride. The parking lot is not level, but there is a lot of space. Relatively quiet during the night from 11pm till 6 am. There is a sign with no parking after midnight between Nov 1 and April 1.

Report Check-In

Plenty of open parking spot in this this lot.

This is where you can park and take the bus up the mountain and play with the snow when in season, I has pit toilets and plenty of parking, we’ve stayed here about three nights and never had a problem, dogs are not allowed here so we had to drive to a dog park to take them out or they stayed in the Van while we we’re climbing, just check the signs and read about restrictions in the canyon, we found this place because there’s really good rock climbing (bouldering) a few minutes up the trail, worth the stay, the sign says “no parking midnight to 7 a.m. Nov-1 April-1 just make sure you’re in season.
