Entry now $40/pp. Camping looked great, but was asked to pay an extra $100mxn over Santa Semana week. Suspect this is not legitimate and/or perhaps isolated to this holiday week. didn't stay.
Report Check-InIn order to get to the cascada, we had to drive just a little farther from the village, and then drive back up and walk. The walk was about 1km out to the falls, but you can keep going past that to the bottom
There are vendors about halfway through the walk or so. We should've brought some water, butttt we didn't. We also didn't bring money for water. We just were not prepared at all. Anyway, it's pretty. Even in the dry season. And it's an easy hike.
Oh! And 35 pesos per person.
It follows the river, in case you have dogs and forget to bring water.
Report Check-InCamping along Cusarare River in a nice remote and quiet valley. Entrance fee is 30 Peso p.P., no camping fee. Toilets were closed due to off season. The road to Cusarare Falls ist terrible.
