Right next to the plaza there’s a dirt road that can be accessed via London ave. Take a hard right before entering the freeway and continue down about 200 metres to the clearing on the right. There’re trains that go by but it isn’t too bothersome.
Great spot for a night

Report Check-InDifficult to get into following Siri. Directed me into the plaza. Looked later and I was in the wrong spot. Need to get on London ave, and head back onto highway 11. Then make the right. Can not get to it directly from the off ramp from highway 11. Pretty quiet, except for a bunch of yahoo’s with big powerful pickups cranking 180s in the plaza parking lot in front of Canadian tire. Till 1 in the morning. Yelling and loud music. Don’t know if some organized event, or just a gathering. Security didn’t seem to be doing anything. But they came and told me I couldn’t park in the plaza lot. So I moved to the dirt road once I had scouted it out on foot. Yes trains runs by at end of road. Not too noisy. Highway traffic not too bad, except for the yahoo’s with the loud mufflers. A good place to let out my kitties. Green space all around, no thru traffic. Little close to the plaza parking lot, but they seemed to avoid it.
Report Check-InQuiet spot at nighttime. Separate from any parking lots or security. All stores and coffee shops in walking access.
Report Check-InStreet parking, really quiet, no traffic, no close neighborhood, no sign, it's a 4 minutes drive to Planet Fitness where there's a nice fruit & veggies family market in the same parking lot.
It's also a 4 min walk distance to the Mill Lake park where you can hike.
