This is basically a rest area. It’s noisy - between the two sides of the Hwy 84 - but it’s free. There’s a paved trail here that goes up the famous Multnomah Falls. Restroom available in the lodge at the base of the falls.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

car broken into while here. stole basically everything we had while gone for just 20 min. Wouldn't recommend. obviously didn't stay overnight.
Report Check-InNow requires the purchase of a timed permit, in order to hike here, not sure about parking.
$2. Here during 4th of July weekend, so tickets sold out fairly quickly, and you need to log in to recreation.gov to buy them.
traffic is loud, but the waterfall is pretty to wake up to and drowns some of the noise. there are signs posted for no overnight parking, i’ve parked overnight here a few times and haven’t been bothered. definitely stay alert though
Report Check-InLugar incrível, fizemos a trilha até o topo e vale muito a pena. Estacionamento e entrada grátis. Venha cedo no verão, tem muita gente durante todo o dia.
Incredible place, we did the trail to the top and it's worth it. Parking and entrance free. Come early in season summer, there are a lot of people all day.
Report Check-Inslept here without issue overnight in my 40 foot bus, there is big RV parking! it's really loud from the busy freeway and some jerks were making their rx8 backfire for youtube at 2am right outside my bus for about half an hour. works in a pinch though.
Report Check-InCan’t park here overnight. All the parking lots were blocked off from entry.
Report Check-InDidn’t actually sleep where this is pinned. Ended up sleeping right across from the falls next to the train tracks. Trains were a little loud but didn’t bother us during the night
Report Check-InRight in between in the middle of the highway, get traffic noise from both directions, big empty parking lot. Ended up pulling in and right back out to next stop.
Report Check-InNo parking 10pm to 5am! But several do it anyway. We arrived at 5:30am....
This place is horribly noisy. Probably The worst we’ve been in. Really don’t recommend for overnight.
Report Check-InDue to the devastating fires in the Gorge area in 2017, many backcountry roads and camping near here are closed. 💔
